► What you'll receive?

Premium printed invites/stationery in your chosen finish and quantity, packaged for safe delivery.

► What is the Turnaround Time?

We will edit the design and send it for approval 2 to 3 working days, printing and shipping typically takes 7–10 days after approval. T&C applied

► How will you receive the printable?

Shipped to your preferred address. Shipping charges are shared based on your location before dispatch

► What can be personalised?

Names, dates, venue, parents' names, event timeline. If you are looking for more customization, then contact us before placing the order

► How many Revisions are provided?

2 rounds of revisions are included at the proof stage. Once printing begins, changes are not possible

• After we receive your order and complete the content, your proof file is shared digitally for approval within 48 to 72  working hours
• Once you approve the proof, printed invites are dispatched within 15 days
• Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and order quantity, and will be confirmed before dispatch
• For international orders, please share your delivery address with us before ordering so we can confirm shipping cost and timeline
• Once printing has started, no refund will be processed
• Returns are not accepted as printed invites/stationery are personalised and made to order
• If your order arrives damaged in transit, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery
• Once printing has started, design changes are not possible
• All final designs are delivered as physical printed pieces in your chosen quantity.
• Open / editable / printable source files are not shared
• All designs remain the intellectual property of Happy Invites. They may not be shared with any third party for commercial use, replication, or alteration
